to the VILLA RALJEVIĆ
Villa Raljević is an apartment house located in the village of Stanići, Croatia. Stanici is a small fishermen's village on the Adriatic coast, 5km south of Omiš and 30km south of Split, in the direction of Makarska and Dubrovnik. Its slopes offer a tremendous view as well as full comfort in the newly built private pensions, villas and apartments. Air is fresh here, the sea is blue and clear, beaches are calm and tidy, far from the aggressive rhythm of modern life and the tourist industry. Here you can still find 'your own' beach.
We started building Villa Raljević in 1985. At the beginning, we had an idea to build a nice small house for the family Raljević. As the years have passed and tourism in our country began to grow we decided to rebuild and upgrade our house into an apartment house. Now Villa Raljević has three big apartments with maximum capacity of 26 beds.
Our house is situated very close to the sea, about 30 meters straight-line distance. From our terrace you can see people swimming and enjoying the beach. When you decide to swim and enjoy the sun you can reach your first beach within 3 minutes of walking. There is a real time video of the walk in our gallery. The beaches here are gravel, sea is very clean and calm and suitable for small children.
There is a covered parking space in front of our house. Also, there is enough space in our garage for all your beach „gadgets“ so you don't have to bring them up into the apartment. In the garden of our Villa you can find a barbecue and big tables if you feel like grilling after a long day at the beach. Usually, our guests spend nice summer evenings grilling and enjoying the beautiful sunset on this terrace. There is also an outside shower if you feel like washing off the salt outside.
